Well designed. Great seals. Great for kimchi or sauerkraut. We made a batch of sauerkraut as soon as it arrived and it was the best by far. It’s great for keeping the kraut or kimchi aromatics contained. Well worth it !

Works like a charm
Made kimchi with cabbage, collards, radish, tumeric, ginger, garlic, jalapeno, and Thai bird peppers (plus salting process and adding a bit of gochujang and gochugaru). Worked wonderfully, burping the container daily in the early days, then just letting it sit in the bottom of the pantry for a couple of weeks before jarring. Nice, crisp, and pickly.

Nice product
This is a nice product. I like that it fits in my refrigerator and it doesn’t release gases that make my refrigerator smell. I recommend it.

Fits an entire cabbage after chopping and bruising it for 30 minutes!
This makes the best saurkraut and is easy to store in the cabinet without leaking or breaking. A very fun item to use!
