Worthwhile accessory especially for countryside use on soft ground.Have couple of walkstools with these extras and do not regret the purchase.

Took me a while to work out how to put it on! It’s actually simpler than i’d assumed and the instructions are almost non existent. But once you’ve worked it out it’s great. Only downside is that you can’t really fold the stool up properly when it’s on.

My initial review of the tallest walkstool plus criticised it because it tended to waltz away when you sat on it. This goes some way to solving that. It also reduces the risk of sinking in soft ground.

I fitted this reinforcement to my new Walkstall correctly, it only fits one way. We went out for the day and I found it came detached from a foot quite regularly and on one occasion two feet whilst being carried. The obvious way to stop the feet of this stool sinking into softer ground is to supply a set of wider feet to spread the weight more. This is a bizarre attempt to try and achieve a simple sollution to this issue.

I need these because I am disabled, use the chairs but find they sink into soft ground (I fish) and they do the job really well

I Love it to bits, no sinking feeling and knees around ears, brilliant addition.

Well made but expensive for what it is. This is only needed if you are using the stool on soft ground, it prevents it digging in. Leave it on the stool, it will still go in the storage bag, and it does not come off in the bag if correctly fitted.

C'est mon second siège trépieds que je prend et je met systématiquement la base nylon pour éviter le glissement (en intérieur) ou l'enfoncement (à l'extérieur) des pieds sur le sol. facilement lavable, c'est vraiment sécurisant et pratique.
