I have used different forms of silica but I see the best results with these capsules
Shipment from the UK was incredibly fast! It arrived on the same day as the other items I purchased that were mailed within the US. I have used different forms of silica but I see the best results with these capsules. This is the forth time I purchased this and will continue to do so. I have been taking them for 2 months then take a break for a month, continue for 2 months, etc.

For the cost, not sure its worth it?
I know people have given great reviews...but the price is crazy for what you get. I found another source that is a much more reasonable price and didnt find great results for hair.
