Tools 14071GN Dominator Pro Pry Bar Set, 3-Piece Curved, Green

Comfortable pry bars at a great price. I'm a big fan of Mayhew tools and would trust them for any tool. Bought these because they match my green setup. They make a larger size too but I didn't need it as the snap-on guy had already got me (he had a pink one for breast cancer awareness month). Super sturdy pry bars, I use the medium and large sizes in this set almost daily. The larger grip is convenient for spreading out the pressure in your palm. Made in USA!

These pry bars were definitely a needed an upgrade from the harbor freight pry bars. The quality of these are amazing, 3 separate sizes for almost every need, they function exactly as they should and work very well. Especially the added strike caps make these my first choice as well as matching my tool box.

I used these pry bars to remove a water pump that's been on my vehicle for 27 years. Being able to strike the top with a hammer is a game changer. They allowed me to slowly create a gap between the pump and the block. Once the gap was wide enough, I was able to get the pry bar in there proper and it didn't take much effort to get the pump out. The pry bars are well made and I expect them to last a very long time.

I've been in the auto repair trade for over 27 years and used everything from really cheap and inexpensive tools to high dollar name brand stuff. I bought these looking for replacements for my home use and was familiar with the Mayhew brand through my automotive repair experiences. I expected the tools to be decent quality time. My initial thoughts and looking at them as if they are well built, have a nice feel in your hand, and have a minimal amount of flex without bending and holding the shape. At the price point for the five piece set plus the addition of their long pry bar, I couldn't have bought snap-on's standard four piece set. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a set again if I was in the market for them. I actually had a friend of mine purchased the same kid after showing them to him and he's had experience with my Snap-on tools and the quality of that as well.

Great pry bars. Fairly certain mayhew makes some of the tool truck pry bars and rebrands them. No complaints at all.

A crowbar is a fairly simple tool, but I have to decree that this is the best of the best. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money. Other crowbars of this length flex too much, this one (so far) has not encountered anything that sturdy. Pulls up boards with ease. Twists bent car metal with ease. My guess is that non-commercial bank vaults are no match for this tool. Any drawbacks? Yes - it arrived significantly dirty or oxidized??? I felt like it was covered in black printer toner cartridges dust. Black residue from the bar stock gets on absolutely everything. Normally I wouldn't care, but I don't want to get grime on literally everything I touched. Tried to wipe it off with a dozen wet shop towels, but there didn't seem to be any end to it, so I gave up. Be warned! Otherwise, toll is best of the best and will last generations.

I've had these for a couple of years now, and they have performed very well. USA made, high quality steel and they will take a lot of abuse.

1/2 the price of tool trucks but made in USA and the quality is great. I’ve abused this for 6 months now and I would highly recommend
