one of the best dive knifes on amazon
I recently bought a $50 dollar RIFFE dive knife and this knife and this one is 10 times better. The only thing is it rust a little but that comes with every dive knife at this price point.

Feels good
I bought this knife to use as a crab spike. It has a good heft to it and it feels really well made. The blade is sharp and stainless, the plastic is firm and sharp looking, the grip is comfortable, and it fits in a pocket—not gonna strap it to my leg. Great value for what I paid.

Great knife, suuuuper sharp out of the box.
The knife is secure and will Not fall out unless the release button is pushed however; it does rattle in the sheath and it being plastic I am worried if I drop it, it would break. It is a “diving knife tho and should be securely fastened to your leg or arm. The straps that come with it are quality.

Excellent leg strap knife for diving or trotlining.
It is not a $100 knife, but it is very sharp, and the case effectively keeps the knife from falling out. However, it is quickly available for skin divers. If you trotline, there is always the risk of getting hooked, falling overboard, and weighted down by the trotline weights. This is a must for trot liners, in case they ever need to cut themselves free.

Rusts easily
Rusted pretty quickly even with a freshwater rinse

Good entry level
Good value for price. I don’t find lock hard at all. Kinda cheaply made but that’s the price point. Will do what you need it to.

NIce Knife cheap straps
This is a good size and useful dive knife. It does tend to rust where salt water is not washed thoroughly. Cheap strap broke on first dive. The lock feature works well but takes two hands to remove knife.

RUSTED AFTER A FEW DIVES! Deceptive care instructions, don't trust this company
This knife lasted for about 20 dives before the tang had rusted to the point of it being a hazard and I had to throw it out. The care/maintenance instructions just tell you to rinse the blade with fresh water and dry, then oil the knife. That's fine, every diver should do that for ANY steel knife; but there is nothing in the care instructions about the handle being hollow! If you want this knife not to rust , you need to unscrew the knocker at the bottom of the handle (you might need plyers) and rinse THE WHOLE knife including the tang then dry and oil everything after EVERY dive! Consider yourself warned. This extra maintenance is annoying but I think that inconvenience is to be expected for something so cheap. I'm giving a 1 star rating because the instructions don't have any steps to prevent the tang from rusting into dust. It seems like the manufacturer/retailer is just excluding this info so they can blame the customer for poor maintenance instead of standing behind their product. I know you can't expect a lot from a cheap product on Amazon but honestly, I don't think it's too much to ask for transparent care instructions on a piece of safety equipment. Fingers crossed no one needs to cut themselves free from something using this knife and the tang snaps in half/the knife falls apart... This is a shame because other then the tang rusting, this knife could be a great cheap option! If you do buy this you'll need to disassemble it after every dive, just a heads up!
