For finger and toe massage (not meant to be worn)
Good value for money. These rings are as sturdy as they can be (in other words, you get 30 because you can expect to have some come apart). They come in a nice assortment of bright colors so as not to get lost, and they have no weird chemical smell like some uncoated competitor's rings do. HOW TO USE: These hard, flexible metal rings are not meant to be worn like normal rings. They are for finger and toe massage using Sujok acupressure techniques on your meridians. To put it simply, you roll the rings up and down your fingers and toes, paying special attention to the larger joints. You get a pleasant, pinchy, spiky sensation when you do. It's not painful, though they could trigger a ticklish reaction until you get used to them. The rings definitely take your mind off whatever you were thinking about before you used them! If you leave the rings in place on fingers or toes for too long without rolling them, then they will start to cut off blood flow. Be careful if you have circulation problems. I'd also be wary of letting children or the elderly with cognitive issues use these rings unsupervised. The rings make my fingers and toes feel good both during and well after use, providing a legitimate quick, cheap massage. If you have aching fingers or toes, these could be helpful indeed. I just received mine, so I can't speak to any long-term benefits yet. However, I've used various other acupressure wearables (like Sea Bands) and devices (like hand massagers) to good effect for many years now, so I'm confident these little rings will prove similarly helpful. They're certainly the right price! NEGATIVES: Unfortunately, there are no instructions included, and I think that's where most of the negative reviews are coming from. People unfamiliar with acupressure don't know what to do with these rings and don't bother to read the reviews or do any research. UPDATE (June 26, 2023): Been a solid three weeks of daily use now on fingers only, often multiple times per day. Mostly used the same two rings over and over to test durability. I haven't had one break yet! Can't say for sure if I'd have the same result if I was also using them on my big toes as well (only tried that once). As far as finger results go, I'd say these are helping prevent stiffness and increase blood flow, and I enjoy using them. While these rings won't replace an electronic hand massager, they do complement it. That's because those massagers only do compression therapy vs. actual massage (which is what the rings are for).

Great for anxiety
Deal with very bad anxiety and needed something to helped cope and these are great, they can come apart easily but I acctusly don't mind because I put them back how they where and I can push another on into it and it's stronger and it's satisfying to pull it out ect.. if you suffer these are great!

Great stim for neurodivergent and sensory excitabilities!
First off, I didn't need nearly this many of these rings, but I have cats. As if that needs any further explaining, anything that skitters off of surfaces becomes a cat toy and ends up under the fridge. So I've kept five on reserve for me (in my car, backpack, purse, and stashed in the living room) and just surrendered to the fact the rest now belong to the fuzzy beasts (hot tip: toss one in the tub and watch them go nuts, it's like a little skate park). That said, I love these rings. I got a couple in a variety pack of cheap fidget toys from China and these were about the only things worth anything. I'm AuDHD with a whole bunch of sensory excitabilities, but got diagnosed well into adulthood. I find it distasteful to sit in classes or meetings playing with something as a grown adult that looks like it was made for a toddler, so I was looking for stim toys that are unnoticeable and calm my anxiety. What I love about these rings is that they have the added benefit of stimulating all the acupressure points on your fingers, so I'm doing something healthy for myself as well. Note: Don't just stick these on one of your fingers and leave it there, then wonder why they're so tight. These rings are SUPPOSED to be rolled up and down over the joints and pressure meridians, and when you do that the tightness is just right.

Hair and life saver
Absolutely love these. Best things I've ever come across. Having ADD, so I fidget in my hair allot causing hair loss. Applying the blunt end under my nail and pressing down replaces the sensation of my hair sensationally. Recommended by a therapist I am relieved, amazed, and excited. If they have low reviews then im convinced the people don't know how to use them.

Amazing Rings
These rings are amazing and help with anxiety. It gives you something else to focus on. The fit is a little too big for my fingers but overall, they work great. It’s a good tool to use instead of nail biting Edit: they are thin and will come apart easy. I started using them more. I think I need to go back to the other brand
