This cream is potent. All of the natural ingredients are just what the feet need. It's difficult to find a foot cream that does not contain a lot of unwholesome ingredients. I've searched for a while. I use it to keep athlete's foot at bay. I have always preferred to use a different cream on my feet than body. It has a medicinal scent but that's to be expected. Furthermore, I would be worried if it didn't!The consistency is very light, silky and thin even though it's in a jar. I really like that it's come in a dark color glass jar as it helps with preservation.It is also great for post workouts with or without pain. Sometimes feet can get neglected after a workout. Whenever I apply I immediately get a cooling sensation, and due to the arnica it serves as a pain reliever. I even occasionally rub some up to my calves after exercise too.For years, I would sometimes get a very bad shoulder pain - severe. I would massage some of this cream into it, and within about 30 minutes pain will begin to dissipate. It WORKS!

The all natural oils etc is why I chose this and I finf it works well

Not getting quite the pain relief I expected. Smell is nice but a little icy hottish

Honestly just thinking to myself I would reorder / plenty of great ingredients and nice feel to it, absorbs well and slight cooling
