Sturdy and easy to use. Was very nervous about purchasing this product at $58 as many other vendors sell similar yoga inversion benches for $50-$200 more. Let me tell you- SAVE YOUR MONEY 💰 and BUY THIS ONE!!!Shipped / delivered quickly. The company includes a number to call if you have questions and some info on benefits of inversion. Sturdy and I like that there is room to place your hands. Very light weight and the cushions are good quality.Definitely happy that I went with this inversion table over the $95 one I was also looking at. It does the job and there are no flaws in the product. 👍👍

This is easy to use and has also functioned as a little side table next to the sofa in the living room when it is not in use. Makes inversions safer and easy to learn. I do recommend trying it up against a wall when just starting before moving away from the wall. It is very sturdy, but you might feel a little wobbly at first.

The chair is sturdy, and does what it says. The price is right too!I'm a male. weigh 197lbs and have about an average adult size male head. The chair is a little uncomfortable for me because I weigh so much. I think if you're 160lbs or lighter this chair is perfect! If you have a large head though, I would consider a little different design, because the metal support brackets protrude into the area where the head goes. I have to be careful when I insert my head into that area, or else I'll hit my head on the metal. Average size women's head no problem!

Hey, I just wanted to write an honest review! I gave 3/5 stars for ease of assembly. This product comes without instructions and I can be a slow learner, especially when I'm excited and my imagination is so ready to have it assembled and be up in the air, already. Simple, clear instructions with pictures would be awesome. Or even color coded tape on the pieces to indicate where to connect and which way things would face. The pieces are uniquely shaped, not everyone has maneuvered or conceptualized of how that construction would look, ya know?I felt a little disappointed the back legs of the bench stick out beyond the padding, near where my head and neck go. I do have the critical eye of having used a nicer model than this. By 'nicer' I mean sleeker in appearance, construction and function; including having a more comfortable cushion; somehow simultaneously firm and soft, whereas this one feels a little rough on the shoulders. I've had some bruising from days where I've inverted a few times.Aside from that - I am inverting a few to several times a day, people. I 100% recommend this. It has changed my life. I am in love with it. It felt within my budget and I trusted the other reviews to invest in it. Inversions are so healing and opening of the body and mind. I use it to invert for stress management, and anything that helps/works is worth sharing with others. I'd buy this over the more expensive brands, I think. Unless someone else was paying, haha.You're welcome.

Sturdy, easy to put together. Instead of buying a invertion bed I tried this first. Glad I did. I’m 5’6 and 130lbs. The base will last forever not sure about the padding. If the padding wears out I’d just buy another. Great price. Great product. Absolutely no complaints.

This product is amazing! I was leery, but now I'm mad I didn't purchase this long ago. Easy to assemble, padding is perfect, and actually doubles as an office chair. I just added an ergonomic gel cushion for a lil extra comfort since I work from a computer all day. I was amazed that I could immediately use the chair and hold myself up in a straight headstand without falling over. What I love is the extra stretching positions it allows, along with tension relief for your back and shoulders. Highly recommend this to anyone with super stiff shoulders/neck. This has made more of a difference then any pillow, neck contraption, or therapy I've tried.

My unit came with a cracked MDF frame...yes, the seat is made of rather cheap MDF, and the left leg arrived cracked in the center, this making the entirety of the chair wobble and flex to severe and unsafe degrees.The "support" bracket also came bent. I'm not talking about "oh it probably got bent during shipping" - which is possible because "Christine" (who was listed as the packer) didn't include any packing material (seriously) - but it was bent in a perfect "L" shape. This tells me that whatever manufacturing procedures they have didn't come with great Q.A. as the support bracket in this particular chair needs to be completely straight.This thing is completely unsafe, and if I didn't have the common sense to NOT put the thing together and attempt a headstand on it, I'd probably be writing this review from a hospital bed.

Love this Yoga chair. Does the job, helps create core strength, and has increased my yoga abilities. Super helpful for lower body core support. Super sturdy, and set up took about 10 minutes. Very happy with this purchase.

Esta excelente para practicar las inversiones y fortalecer el tronco superior sin lastimar tu cuello y columna, el material es fuerte y te ayuda a sentir seguridad al practicar; el precio la verdad no esta regalado pero me parece razonable, en comparación con otras marcas esta mucho más accesible.

The design is not great and I would not recommend this inversion chair. My ears catch on the metal base because of the design. The design with parallel bars would be way better and more versatile. The structure is sturdy but the top is poorly made, fabric is stapled in a way that will require repairs soon.
