Great item, follows spec exactly. There are very limited options for these cables, and especially for the longer cables. Typically you get these included with the docks and devices people buy, but if these get damaged they are not easy to find. I unfortunately have 2 TB3 docks and a TB3 RAID going into 2 Macs. Unfortunately my cat decided to to bite through all three so I need to replace these ASAP. These were about the only option available and fortunately work great, data transfer and power transfer flawlessly and just work exactly as expected. Hopefully they'll start making longer versions soon so I can hide more stuff under my desk!

Great value flexible cable recommended for Thunderbolt connection

I use this with a Dell U2720Q monitor with a Macbook Pro, as a USB-C cable. Works with high speed (90W) charging and 4K60. Feels nicely made, nice and flexible.

I'm using this with a UA Arrow, which is a bus powered TB3 professional audio interface. It works perfectly with this interface. No issues with power delivery over the cable. The cable quality seems high.

Purchased for £19.99. At this price represents value for money. Some of these cables are pushing £70, which is absurd.Bought to replace a similarly priced generic thunderbolt cable, as it kept falling out of my UA Apollo x4 audio interface. Complained to UA, who advised me to get this brand instead. Was sceptical, but must say the StarTech fits much tighter. Have written this review because reading one like this would have helped me with my decision.With the caveat that the cable only arrived today - do hope that it doesn't loosen with time.

TB3 cables are stupidly expensive - we all know this. I needed a long one - it was even more expensive. But all this said, it's well built and works well. It's just expensive, did I mention that?

Well, I needed a longer cable to connect my Kensington Dock mounted on the rear of the monitor to my laptop. This does the job, provides full connectivity and supplies power to the laptop as well. Excellent quality and recommended.

This StarTech cable did not work for me.I am connecting my Dell XPS 13 laptop to Phillips Super Ultrawide monitor 499p9h. The cable supplied with the monitor works very well, but is also very short. This StarTech did not work.No image is produced on the monitor, although the monitor does wake up momentarily upon connection, but then quickly goes back to sleep.This monitor has a built-in TypeC hub, so I have other devices connected to the monitor, like mouse and keyboard. The laptop was able to connect to these devices through the monitor, although the monitor itself was blank.The original cable, what came with the monitor, is not only shorter, but also considerably thicker than this StarTech cable. Perhaps StarTech have forgotten to put some of the main wires in? ;)

So normally I never write reviews but there's conflicting reports about the abilities of this cable and I wanted to clarify for other people like me. To be clear, I ordered the 3MM2MA cable. I use a Lenovo X1 Tablet for web development but I also enjoy gaming so I bought the Razer Core X Chroma. Unfortunately, Razer cheaps out with the cord length and it kept getting ripped out whenever I adjusted my tablet (on a VESA monitor arm) which would subsequently freeze if I was running anything using it. Through my search for a replacement, I came across this cable. There was mixed reviews about whether it worked with the Razer Core but I can CONFIRM that it DOES WORK WITH THE RAZER CORE. It may be the only other cable out there that does. The price is cringey for a single cable but it's honestly worth it for 6ft of active Thunderbolt 3 40gbps specially for use with the Razer Core which is basically the size of a mini tower.
