Z-Man Games A Feast for Odin: The Norwegians Expansion

Great deal! Fun game! High quality components.

I love the base game, but certain strategies were less viable than others. I've been able to get a few solo plays in and I believe the balance is much better, especially with the addition of new animals, customized action board based on player count, and the shapes of the new resources. I don't know that the new islands add much in terms of balance, but they're new options and fun. Can't wait to break this out in a couple days when my family visits for the holidays.

This expansion basically "fixes" an already amazing game. Especially if you play at two. I would 100% say it is essential and turns the game into A Feast For Odin 1.5. An absolute must if you have the base game. Everything from the components to rule book is the exact same high quality as the base game, so everything mixes in perfectly. Highly reccomended.

So much fun! We love this game.

The game is big and there is a lot to do but the turns are easy. The difficulty comes in trying to synergise and get the highest score. You can play the game in so many different ways. After 20 or so games I am still loving it. I have introduced medium level gamers (Ticket to Ride, Pandemic) and they love it.

Si fuera calificar solo la expansión y el juego en si, sería 5 estrellas… considero que si te gusta el juego base, está expansión mejora los puntos que yo considero eran poco flojos (es un juegazo) lo hace mucho más completo! Nunca volveré a jugar el juego base sin esta expansión. Ahora, las 4 estrellas las puse porque mandaron el juego sin protección por lo que en el camino se llegó a maltratar. Pero esta expansión es una joya 10/10

This expansion makes a great game even better! With the additional goods like pigs, horses, herbs and antlers and a new action board with a 5th column what's not to like! New artisan sheds and more islands to explore allows for more options. I think my favorite new perk is the ability to emigrate with whaling ships! I can't see playing the game now without this expansion. Two thumbs up!

If you like A Feast for Odin, then consider getting this expansion. The base game doesn’t need an expansion. It’s a great game on its own. That being said, I will always include this expansion in future plays. It’s just so well done.
