Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was happy to find a 100mg tablet, most are higher. I split them in half to take 3-4 times a day as Dr Mercola suggests, as being water soluble it passes through quickly. There's been some studies casting some suspicion on higher doses, and these small tablets let me keep it low, and even cheaper. I split two tabs each morning, and leave them on the counter to easily take throughout the day. Since taking this my energy has evened out, and my drowsy afternoons leading to naps have pretty much stopped, I'm so relieved. I hope the mitochondrial and brain benefits are true, but regardless I'm seeing real results and will continue!

We like these Niacinamide tablets and I believe they are working, so we get them on subscription with Amazon.I will say that I do not notice as much of an effect as I do the the NADH -- which we also take -- but this product is much less expensive thank goodness!The Vitamins B products are very important to health and these Source Naturals Niacinamide B-3 have no side effects like the flushing with some other B- vitamins.

Take first thing in the morning in an empty stomach, helps balance out overmethylation

Great brand however not sure this actually works for me since I have defective MTHFR genes which affects absorption and utilization of other B vitamins.
