Garden + Fresh Paper = less waste/greater returns for your time & effort
I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried these little sheets. And I have purchased them MANY times since then. It has become a staple that I ALWAYS have on hand. Without a doubt they save us money, often extending the shelf life by many days for most things and an additional week+ on a few others. They are super simple to use, toss a sheet in the strawberry, blueberry, or raspberry container and that's it. If the item is around more than a few days, I'll often turn the container over for air circulation. I also place a couple sheets at the bottom of the produce drawers to provide an 'overall' boost - I don't put melons, zucchini, and larger items in containers, I just place them in the drawers. During fall apple picking season these little sheets are beneficial for the apples and even more so for items sensitive to the ethylene gases they release. I put one sheet under the apples and one sheet over the top opening of the bag for the best results. If I have time, I will make up several days worth salad containers and stack them in the bins. (My husband likes to take a salad each day to work.) I have always resisted making more than 3 days, having concern about the overall quality and crispness of green lettuce varieties & baby spinach, and how cucumbers can become limp and have a gleam that almost looks slimy (visual is just as important as texture in this case). I switched every food storage container to the Rubbermaid Brilliance series and they are great - especially if you prefer to keep toppings or certain items separate until you sit down to eat. My current experiment is to cut a sheet in half and place a half-sheet on top of the bed of greens prior to putting on the lid and locking it closed. It's too soon to say definitively that this is adding value -- measured by a noticeable retention of crisp/firm qualities for greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers AND slow or no browning on the inner membrane of the romaine and leafy lettuce. This should get a thorough testing in the up coming gardening season. The sheets can be reused MANY times (month+) before I notice a marked diminishment in their effectiveness. And if you've read this far I'll add this special note as a mother with a child allergic to all nuts: this product contains no allergens, is completely organic, and it is biodegraable. Next level great, right?!

This really works!
I was so lucky to find this product in the produce aisle of Giant Eagle a couple of years ago. It really works as advertised! Keeps fruit and veggies fresh for many days longer than you would normally expect. I find it works best in a fairly enclosed area like the fruit&veg drawer of a refrigerator. For a big bin full of fruit I would use at least two pieces of this product. It's so worth it because it keeps everything so fresh, as if the fruit just came home from the grocery store. That has been especially important recently when we try to only go to the store every 2 or 3 weeks and we get lots and lots of fruit at one time. I was so happy to see that FreshPaper is still available from Amazon.

Good product. Over priced.
They don't last as long as promised. So they are too expensive considering their lasting abiliy.

It really does keep produce fresh longer.
Food is expensive. So, get these Fresh Paper sheets to prolong the life of fruits and veggies. This stuff really does work. If you want to eat healthy, and hate to see your bananas brown and greens shrivel -> get these. Just be sure to add a sheet to your refrigerator's crisper drawer as soon as you come home with the fruits & veggies. And, place one with your bananas or other fruit bowl.

Yes, its still fresh!
I buy this product regularly. Is it a little pricy? Perhaps. But, it keeps your produce in tip top shape, and you can re-use the "sheet" for the following week. I use it with: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lettuce, spinach - and any other type of produce prone to "going bad" quickly. I no longer have berries going moldy too soon, my lettuce and spinach are nice and firm. Its well worth it. Its advertised to last up to 30 days. I have yet to have mine last that long, but that is ok. I typically have to discard after 2 weeks use. Its very easy to use. I would highly recommend it. Buy 1 pkg, what do you have to lose except moldy fruit and limp lettuce!

Incredibly valuable during these times
I love the FreshPaper concept but was concerned about the value of these expensive little sheets. Now, under quarantine, I'm trying to spread out my grocery purchases, and so buyer more and having them last longer is incredibly valuable. I took the plunge and bought the FreshPaper sheets and WOW. Fresh strawberries and blueberries lasted well over a week without deterioration, fresh herbs going strong after more than a week... I AM A CONVERT. And that's just putting a half sheet each in the fruit drawer and the vegetable drawer. I will now be buying more fresh fruit and vegetables at each grocery trip, and adding FreshPapers wherever they are placed in the refrigerator. I have not been using them long enough to know how long they truly last, but my plan is to change them monthly, per the instructions.
