Good product

The thermal appears to have a wire that was previously cut and damaged, then resealed. This leads me to believe that it may become damaged after a few uses. Additionally, the wire is quite thin and short, so it’s more convenient to use it while seated in one place. Despite these issues, the product heats up properly and performs its intended function. There was no return policy, so I decided to use it as it is. I’ve been using it for a month now and it’s been working well. I also cover my head with a shower cap before using it. This thermal helps give me smooth hair.

Easy to wipe off after use. No shock.

Product idea is good but quality is bad as it stopped working after just 3 uses. It was quite useful but now it's not working so no ey has been wasted. Will show it to a local electrician.

EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!! I used it few times before and was satisfied. But when I wanted to use it today I noticed some somewhat burnt spots on it. The second i plugged it in smell started to come from it. I immediately unplugged. If I was a little late it could have caught fire. It's not intelligent to risk burning yourself and your hair for possibly getting smooth hair which can be achieved by good oiling, Conditioner and a serum. OTHER CONS: 1No instructions 2Heat was okay at first but after few uses it stopped heating properly 3Wire is short 4.Doesnt stay in place

The product works fine. It’s easy to use.. fairly easy to clean (with damp cloth).. the only issue for me is the fit. It’s too big for my head.. and it almost covers my face as well.. so I have to keep on adjusting. I just hope that in the long run it works well for me.
