This is great white rock salt without the addition of lots of sand. Keeps the driveway clear without leaving any residue.

This is the 2nd bag of white rock salt i have purchased in order to kill the weeds growing through my block paving areas. Once diluted with hot water it makes an effective and cheap way to destroy the unwanted weeds that used to return far too regularly. Use a decent watering can and choose a dry sunny day for maximum effect. But do not spray near your lawn areas!

Used for covering paths around house to keep frost free.

Having block paving gets a bit slippery in winter, so use this with the added bonus that it kills all the mods and weeds

I keep it by my side door in case of ice. It was very useful last winter.. I even put some on the outside pavement as it's shady there and can be icy. Kills weeds on my drive too.

I used it in the drive last night and it did the job, I've put it down again this evening as the temperature is forecast to drop to -5 again tonight

I’ve only had one chance to use it during this winter and it done exactly what it said on the tin. No more slipping.
