Comfortable and versatile!
These are great gloves! I work with horses and also do multiple projects around the farm as well as at home. The leather stretches just enough in all the right places as I like a snug fit in my work gloves which are now also my “riding” gloves! The Velcro wrist closures are awesome as they keep dirt and debris from getting into the gloves. I also use the Velcro to keep the pair together. I’ve used them for masonry projects, gardening and shoveling snow but they wear out a little faster with wet, abrasive projects which is why I usually have 2 or more pairs on hand and rotate depending on the job. When they get wet and then dry out, as with all leather, there is some shrinkage but they hold the shape of your hand and easily conform. They are definitely worth every penny and are the only gloves I use.

the BEST garden gloves I've ever purchased!
These are more than just pretty. They are durable and protective while being comfortable and breathable. I work a lot with roses, so I need a good glove to protect me from the thorns. Finding gloves for that is pretty easy, sure. But those tend to be bulky and aren't breathable. So it's hard to use as well as making your hands all sweaty. These are not like that at all! They are protective enough to use for trimming roses, and flexible enough to use for everyday gardening and planting. the leather is great quality, and they fit perfectly and look stylish. I absolutely am in love with these gloves!

Great Gloves
I am petite (5 ft tall) and have small hands (I wear a small). First) I have a really hard time finding gloves that fit my hands, and Second) I am very hard on gloves. I dig a lot of holes in my yard, prying out rocks with my hands, and cutting and hauling brush. Until I got these gloves, I've ALWAYS blown out my gloves before the end of the summer. I purchased these in February 2021 and, unlike so many folks who review their products right away, I waited until now (August 2021) to review these -- I wanted to see how they held up to my usual abuse. These gloves have been subjected to: putting in a raised perennial bed (20' by 30'); hauling 10 cubic yards of garden soil and mulch; hauling 3 cubic yards of gravel; digging (by hand) and filling (by hand) four drainage trenches; cutting brush and hauling it away; and digging two post holes and setting posts. All of this work is done by hand. The verdict: I LOVE these gloves. They are comfortable, allow for movement requiring dexterity, and - most of all - they are still in one piece. No holes and the stitching is still intact. As for the water resistance - I don't find them to be water resistant. They exhibited this feature a little bit when I first got them; however, now they are like any other gloves I've had -- they get soaked when I work with wet material. I'm giving these gloves 5 stars because I wanted gloves that fit and didn't fall apart. I did NOT buy them for water resistance.

My Third Pair, Love These For Gardening
My only complaint is that I lose these gloves before they wear out. I must put them in the wheelbarrow with my lawn debris and accidentally dump my beloved gloves, gone forever. I use these gloves 4-5 most weeks and they still look good, year after year -- truly! The soft leather palm and fingers make them flexible while the neoprene backing is nearly indestructible. These are by far the best garden gloves I've ever owned. I've had them in orange, green and now aqua. The velcro at the wrists is easy to pull off and on. Keeps dirt out and the cuff is wide enough to cover my Apple watch glass face. I wear the size small. They fit me perfectly. Unless you're looking for a pair of long gloves for tending roses, I highly recommend these.

Good product, horrible packaging
These gloves are not cheap, but I really like them. They’ve been my go to work glove for a long time now. We live in the country with lots of trees, sticker bushes and weeds, poison ivy etc. They hold up well, and I only discard or change out if I know I’ve exposed them to a lot of poison ivy or oak. Why? Ugh… I’m one of those that brushes the hair out of my face or pull up my jeans with a gloved hand! I always keep an extra pair available. I don’t care about color, I care whether I’m protected. The palm and fingers are nicely protected. I get them wet, but they aren’t uncomfortable for me to keep wearing. They dry quickly. I’m a small woman with an average hand size? The medium fits the palm of my hand without being bulky. Why the 4 stars then? Packaging. For the love of Pete, why the staple? It was so deep in my new pair I stuck myself multiple times trying to get out the staple, so I used a small flathead screwdriver to get under the staple. I risk damaging the gloves and my fingers. There has to be an affordable, better way?

Great gloves for barn chores!
I have 6 pairs of these gloves for barn work. Super comfortable & the leather doesn’t harden up after washing them.

Exceeded expectations
These are excellent gloves for the outdoor work of maintaining a home and gardening. Fit is good, so that I can do most things without losing the sense of touch needed for smaller work efforts. Appreciate the water repellent feature.

Great gardening glove
Lived up to their marketing and are very comfortable. The leather is soft against my skin, the weight really not noticeable and the size perfect. I use them for gardening and cleaning out the coop. Good deal.

I have had similar before by this maker. Comfortable, well made, velcro closure at the wrist keeps dirt and other material out (I fork hay and do yardwork), are water-resistant and stay pliable, are very breathable, and are cowhide which is more sturdy than goatskin. I will update once I see what their overall performance is over time but my others have been excellent. Use the sizing chart and your fit should be good.

The best gardening gloves I have ever purchased. I use them nearly every day and recently bought onother pair to keep next to my fireplace to save my hands from splinters. I use them them the split wood to stack and all. Very durable.

I went through two of these in a year as they ended up with holes in the fingertips so I've gone with a different brand now.

These gloves are very well-made and worth every penny. I have small hands and the size small fit me very comfortably. They are durable and stitched well. I live on a farm and need something that’s going to last and these gloves make the cut. You won’t be disappointed, I’m ordering another pair.
