Very pretty on my side table. Good price and releases little smoke at a time from the bukhoor, which makes it last long. The handle on the side of the item makes it easy to carry. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

built quality is good, handle makes it convenient to move to different room (while its still hot), plate makes it easy to clean, the bakhoor i have need full heat, works perfectly fine, takes exactly 7 mins for it to start heating bakhoor...have been using it for 2 weeks loving it...

It s expensive, Oud never smoke, but still it s good product with thermostat keeping the smell for hours.

On the second day itself the temperature control failed to work. Since the control knob is turning without engaging, temperature level is steady. To turn off the burner, the switch on the wall needs to be turned off. The product is not worth the price paid as the quality seems to be very poor based on what is stated above.

Had this for a month now and it's working well. I burn frankincense and it only needs to be turned up to the middle point for that. Very happy.

I lived in the Middle East for many years regularly using a charcoal oud burner. This is a superb product, very easy to operate. Sturdily built and supplied with a well insulated UK plug. Stylish in its appearance. Would certainly recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. The reseller thinks it is the best in the market which is not. It's very slow to heat and not at all suitable for bukhoor. On top of that the switch came off after three times of use and I tried many times to put it back it wasn't functioning as it should and now I don't know on what settings I have thw burner on.
