Hot Springs Tiger River Bengal Replacement Hot Tub and Spa Cover, Charcoal

I can not tell you how upset I am with this cover without a major bunch of expletives. We purchased it last Fall and live in Northern Maine. The first week I went to open the cover and ripped one of the clips clean off. Yes, my fault but geez, maybe you could invest in some higher quality clips that could withstand a slight bit of pressure. Then we had issues with it blowing off the hot tub (because apparently missing a clip really effs up the efficacy). We winterized the tub in December because we lost a lot of heat thru the cover (it melted 6 inches of snow off the whole coverin just a few hours...overnight). Despite frequently removing snow from the cover it was irreparably damaged. We went to inspect the interior of the tub today and we were shocked to see enough ice in it to cover the seats. Which means the chances of our motor being jacked up is supremely high. So the $200 we “saved” is now going to be at least double that in a repair bill. Thanks for the rip off guys

Pluses,The cover arrived quickly, and the size is correct. Negative,The box was severely damaged, fortunately not the cover! The quality is OK, the vinyl is not tight, the keys and clips were missing, where the straps are, they do not line up with the existing clips on the tub, even if they did, the new straps are much smaller and not of the quality of the original Tiger River Cover straps, it should not be advertised as a replacement for the Tiger River Benal Spa.

So much better than my water logged cover! Now, I'm using the spa 10X more!
