About as good as I remembered
Saw this one on tape, in the 90s. Ho boy, things have changed since the abolishment of blue screen. You! Rent this one, or you might take a hard fall, rather than a fond trip, down memory lane!Props to Sam Raimi for trying to act like a sleazy backstabber, and succeeding brilliantly. He should act more often.Brigitte is in usual fine form as an intergalactic vengeance machine bent on destroying the villain who wasted her colony. Nice of Richard Moll to take time off of playing villains for OTHER directors to do this one. And credit to the sleaze bag gangster for livening up the place by being shot through three walls and SMILING cheezily the entire way!Gawd, I miss the old sleaze like Waxwork II, Future Kick, and Subspecies.

Cheap B-movie fun
If you like a few explosions, and Richard Moll chewing scenery as a B-movie villian, then this one is for you. It didn't stink as badly as I thought it would, but that's not really praise, because I had extremely low hopes for this one. If you can find it for a dollar or two, you may get that much enjoyment from it.

Galaxy, Warp to Boredom
This is a utter waste of time and the money should have used to feed starving children in Tazmania. Nielsen is still around after her big break up to Sly. She still can't act and it shows here. This must be one of the most stupid movies I have ever seen. It looks like something from the late 70's sci-fi phase and it even has a stop motion robot that was terribly done and it was made in 1995. Something about the story is that an evil magician lord who is trying to conquer the universe shows up in some ship and shoots people dead and then everything teleports to earth where it was cheaper to film because then you don't have to build big futuristic sets. Brilliant concept. Anyways, this is purely for the birds.
