Not what I order
The ball was delivered not plastic but rubbery with a hole in it, soft and can't be used for any kind of massage. More than that diameter is not 3,5 inches (approximately 9 cm) like it is written in the description. it is smaller. Already applied for a replacement because of the hole, and only then I noticed that the ball is different. Hope they will deliver me the ball with the proper size and correct material too.

This ball is for the tough people.
The spikes are so strong that it hurt me to use. I was told to use on the bottom of my feet. I was trying to stimulate blood flow to the feet.
