Not reliable
This laptop work perfect exactly 1 week. During 2nd week it shows issue. Suddenly screen show black and white . Some times will not turn on. Only blink caps lock key. When I search in YouTube it’s seems like ram issue. They are refurbishing this with maybe old ram from other laptops. Don’t think they will replace with a new part. After that the warrant will finish and there is no option for refund or return. I used this very less. Maximum 1 hour per day. Even though it’s broken. So can’t rely on refurbished laptops for a daily use.Try to contact Amazon for support , but for this item we cannot call or chat with a customer agent . They will send a message on behalf of us to the trader. I sent this message 1 week back. Amazon will not bother to provide customer service for these items it seems. So when you plan to buy , need to think twice or thrice .

I was satisfied when I received my item using this and only light usage.I was disappointed because after 6months and didn't use for two day it was not switching on. I fund that my item is totally need to changed the board😬Unhappy and disappointedBetter to buy brand new😅
