Well, it changes you and by deductions changes your life.Anyways, gave this thing a go for sometime now. Well over a two years. I believe it was once attributed to some headaches I was having, but I’m pretty lazy with hydration.Could be that this stuff isn’t anymore special than other creatines, or may not even be German, researched well, or manufactured cleanly, but it does the job.Gained more than 30 pounds over just a year and a half, dropped fat and gained muscle. Craziest part is that this has been my only consistent supplement (because I bought such big supply of it)Helps regulate sleep if you take it in the morning (or at least it dampens the effects of sleep deprivation) This has been one of the most beneficial features.Went from a skinny-fat 165lbs dweeb to a full and solid 200lbs.
