Of the Magnesium (glycinate) 120 mg, what is the actual "elemental magnesium glycinate" per capsule?

It’s 120 mg of elemental Magnesium. This is directly from their website: “Pure Encapsulations lists all minerals by their elemental weight. For example, Zinc (citrate) lists 30 mg zinc, and therefore contains 30 mg of elemental zinc from a larger amount of zinc citrate. Magnesium (glycinate) lists 120 mg of magnesium, and therefore contains 120 mg of elemental magnesium from a larger amount of magnesium glycinate.”

is this product made in USA? I am finding that a lot of these products come from CHINA. Is that important to consider when buying it? Thanks a lot.

I work for a supplement company and we absolutely do not manufacture products in one country and state made in USA on the label if that's not the case. That's actually illegal. Anyway, yes companies can use raw materials from other countries, but most reputable companies will be transparent about where they source their ingredients.

Is this chelated magnesium?

Pure Encapsulations magnesium glycinate is chelated, as are all Pure Encapsulations minerals.

I have trouble swallowing large pills, e.g., 7/8 x 1/4. How big are the individual pills?

If you have trouble swallowing when taking a pill with liquid, just take it after a bit of banana or such, after you have chewed it just pop it in as you swallow your throat is open at that point more than with liquid and you don't get that fear factor as much. Also, mag and vit c, neurotransmitters supplements, and some others don't have any taste at all just open the capsule and mix it with a drop of oj or whatever you like. There is no need for the capsule.
