Very Impressive!
I can't believe I waited this long to get a vacuum mop! It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort—especially with pets running around. It picks up everything from crumbs to pet hair, and then immediately follows up with a deep clean mop that leaves my floors spotless and streak-free.The suction power is impressive, the water tank is easy to fill and clean, and the controls are super intuitive. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture, and the battery life is more than enough to clean my entire home in one go.

Best purchase for clean floors even with a lot of dog hair!
Best purchase ever! What I love about the Narwal S39 Pro is- vacuum and mop all in one pass- lightweight- even gets all the dog hairs and I don’t have to cut it free off the roller- easy to use and powerful- cleans itself!- my floors are so clean!- get a slight workout pulling back on it as the self propulsion is a little strong- love that it is cordless and that it instructs you about its careI’m thrilled with this product and am not a paid customer!

Amazing!
The media could not be loaded. I’m really impressed with the Narwal S30 Pro! It comes with so many useful accessories. My favorite is definitely the floor cleaner—after mopping, the whole space smells fresh and clean. The water tank is large enough to cover my 1300 sq ft store in just one trip, and it takes less than 10 minutes to finish. The machine itself is compact and easy to store; I just tuck it in the corner of my office and it doesn’t get in the way at all. The auto-cleaning function is another highlight—fast (only a few minutes), quiet(compare to other robot vacuum I used before, they made huge noise when they self clean), and it even cuts off hair to prevent tangling.Overall, it’s efficient, convenient, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommended!

A miracle
I’ll start off with this- I recently bought a different model of narwal and was seriously disappointed as I received a defective one. I wasn’t able to exchange but I did get a refund and decided to order this model. I never write reviews but I NEEDED to write this one. This is an expensive but exceptional mop. I have 2 Siberian huskies, 1 golden retriever puppy, 2 little kids and cats. MyHouse is ALWAYS dirty. Messes everywhere. This thing saves me so much time!!! It sucks up dog hair, crumbs, spills with ease and leaves my floors FEELING clean. They are the cleanest they have ever been and I am one happy mom. I love that it has a built in strainer for hairs/solid materials that is easy to throw out. I simply dump the dirty water out each use and clean the tank and put it back in. I love that it has a self clean function-WITH SCISSORS??? Seriously great idea and it has a high temp disinfection process to keep the roller brush clean. If you’re debating and wondering, here is your sign to buy.

No More Messy Cleanups—Love This Machine!
I've been using the S30 Pro for a little while now and wanted to share my experience. Honestly, I was pretty hesitant at first because the other wet dry vacs I've owned looked like they'd save time, but in the end I still had to clean the machine, dump out dirty water, and it felt like more work than just mopping. When I saw this one advertised with self-cleaning and drying, I figured I'd give it a try. After using it, I can say I absolutely love the self-cleaning feature. When I'm done, the machine basically cleans itself. I don't have to worry about leftover dirt or bad smells, and I hardly ever need to mess with it. With pet hair in the house and grease in the kitchen, I was expecting odor to be an issue, but it hasn't been at all. That's a huge relief.I also wasn't sure about the disposable trash bags at first—I thought they might be wasteful—but they turned out to be super convenient. Cleaning up gross stuff used to make me cringe, but now I just pull out the bag and toss it. I have a cat, and cat hair mixed with food scraps can get really nasty, so the disposable bags are actually a lifesaver for me.Overall, the S30 Pro has saved me a ton of hassle, and I'd definitely recommend it!

Noticing some potential failure points already
Cleaning:It has a lot of downward pressure, more than any other wet-dry vac I've tried; it cleans up long-caked dirt stains fairly easily. Its vacuum strength is strong enough to suck up debris from the sides. Only the thinnest line of the wall can't be reached by the brush. The "AI" feature does do a good job at speeding up and slowing down when it detects that the brush head got dirty from a messy spot. It also has a turbo button if you need to change the speed manually.Disassembly:All the parts that get dirty during a cleaning cycle are designed for quick, tool-free removal; there aren't any screws whatsoever. The cover plate pops off with a single button, the brush roller releases with one lever, the dirty water tank detaches smoothly, and the debris container lifts right out of the dirty water tank. However, it seems the cover plate's locking tabs are already failing after just a week; the cover plate pops off while vacuuming at least once per session now.Part Cleaning & Clog Removal:The filter can be cleaned under the sink and dries naturally in the machine. If you use the optional disposable waste bags, they slide out easily to either throw away or empty. The bag keeps the dirty water separate from the debris, allowing it to be flush down the drain. Without a bag, debris collects in the wastewater tank and may clog your drains. For clogs in the pipe, simply remove the dirty water tank and use the included brush to push the clog out through the hole underneath it. It's shown that you can't use water to clean the tube, so just push out the clog and let the automatic base cleaning do the rest.I do believe they could have gone with a permeant solid waste separator, like a metal mesh Colander; It would not only be less trash in a land fill, but you wouldn't have to worry about them ending the manufacturing of them. Not to mention, it would feel better to lock into place than bending a flimsy plastic tab.
