The hog's hair pad won't stay attached to the hook and loop pad driver. When I turn on the grinder, the hog pad flies off. Am I missing something?

I used an electric drill and had no problem with it staying on. I did return the product because it did not shine my granite. I followed their instructions to the letter and did not get the results I was hoping for.
