Excellent on hard floors, slight struggle on carpets and low clearance areas, but superb cleaning and mopping! Happy addition to my home!

Returned after the first day of use. It stopped working immediately and gave me a side brush error telling me to clean it. There is nothing wrong with the brush and no way to clear the error. It refuses to work unless error is fixed. Looked up the issue online and it seems to be a well known problem. Looks like a software bug with no fix available so the item is basically useless. I have started the return process already.

This device is outstanding. It’s absolutely new type of vacuum robots. I couldn’t imagine that progress. It does vacuuming, washing, making funny pictures of pets, recognizing furniture, cables, gives advises, cleaning never was that easy. I scheduled it for night quiet mode and my house is clean every morning. Just a dream!
