Can these be wall mounted for displaying artwork? One room has 24 foot ceilings so ceiling mount isn't an option.

Yes. I have two sets and they both have wall bracket holes on the back or they could be mounted with a good mounting tape or Velcro pads. These lights are effective up to a maximum of about 8 feet.
