I really hate crappy reviews and I spent 3 hours researching what the best shampoo would be so I hope this review helps you so you don't have to go through the literal hell of researching I endured.I have very fine, medium length, naturally straight, brown hair. My hair has not been dyed and I rarely do anything damaging like blow drying or straightening. My hair is REALLY dry and I have dandruff because I used crappy sulfate, alcohol, and silicone ridden shampoos like Head and Shoulders and Herbal Essences.Let me say right now that this product is very good. If that's all you needed to feel convinced to buy it, then do it. If you're like me and you need every single little detail, continue to read.I've washed twice now with this shampoo along with two other products, the Silk 18 Natural Conditioner and Aria Starr Beauty's 100% pure argan oil. Before, when I would wash with Head and Shoulders, my hair would be SO dry, my scalp would flake, and a bunch of my hair would fall out while washing. I kid you not, I had a fist full of hair every time I washed. After washing with this shampoo (and the other products as well) my hair was soft, my scalp wasn't flaking, my hair didn't tangle all day, and my scalp didn't get greasy. Wash number two with this shampoo was life changing. A total of 8 strands of hair fell out, that's it. My hair is incredibly soft, my friends all noticed a difference, and I honestly am obsessed.When I apply, I use one dime sized amount and apply directly to my scalp, then I add a bit of water, lather a bit, and then use one more dime size amount to spread throughout the rest of my hair. Then, I follow with conditioner and 100% argan oil. The shampoo is the only product I apply directly to my scalp, and I can tell you that it has made quite the difference. It takes a learning curve because sulfate shampoos lather and make bubbles, this shampoo doesn't. It's alarming at first because we're taught to believe that bubbles = clean, but I promise it's cleaning your hair. It also doesn't really have a smell, which I don't mind.The product itself shipped fast, although I'm an Amazon prime user so maybe I'm biased. My product was very safely packaged with bubble wrap and everything was separately put into bags. They provide 3 different caps, one of them being the pump you see in the photo. I like that they give you options.I wasn't sponsored or anything, I'm just a poor college student with dry hair and I did far too much research on shampoos so I could feel good about spending $13.TL;DR this is a great product. Never buy sulfate, alcohol, and silicone ridden shampoos ever again. Every time I run my fingers through my hair I shed a single tear for how much my life would've been better if I didn't dry my hair out with the crappy shampoos I used before. If not this product, please help yourself and buy shampoo that doesn't suck.

In all honesty, I am in love with the Baebody Argan Oil shampoo. I have already ordered a second bottle and gifted one each to my mom and sister-in-law for Christmas. They are almost in need of a second order as well! The product is creamy without being greasy, and I appreciate that it foams unlike some other all-natural products I’ve tried. I’m sure the suds aren’t necessary to the cleansing process but it gives me peace of mind! I love the mild smell as well. I also love the pump or pour option - I use the pump at home and then switch out for the screw-on cap when I travel, it makes it incredibly convenient and I find the pump allows me to measure the exact amount I need every time.I am working diligently to grow my hair out for my upcoming wedding and I have already noticed a significant increase in my length after switching to this product! Also, it is incredibly easy on colored hair – I have dyed red hair, like Ariel the mermaid red, which is not easy to maintain but this shampoo is not harsh at all and has kept my color healthy and vibrant and allowed me to stop coloring so often. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and my fiancé is Asian and it works wonderfully for his hair as well – I’ve definitely caught him using it several times! My mom and sister-in-law both have thick textured hair with some wave and they love it too. Thank you for making a product that is all-natural and environmentally conscious and also works wonders for those of us who want to nourish our hair every day! I definitely recommend this product to anyone!

After looking at the comments and rating percentages, and weighing the odds, I decided to make the purchase. After first wash today as I had my hair cut, styled and colored two days ago, I am happy with the results. My hair became wiry and frizzly after sweating, I have fine, kind of thin hair, so my styled hair went thru the roof.( received my product today , just in time, so had to use it). In a nut shell, my hair was smooth and bouncy after shampooing! The smell is terrific. I also used Silk 18 hair conditioner. Both products are great and consist of Argan Oil. Need to use the Baebody shampoo alone to see the effects. I gave 4 stars since I only used it once so far.Consistency was thick unlike what was stated in some comments, smelled great, pump worked.

I used to use this brand and tried again. But the new formula seems to be irritating my sensitive scalp. It left it red. It also left my hair straw dry even with conditioner.Update: Baebody got in touch with me and offered a refund with no request for a change in review. I am very pleased they made me the offer. Great customer service.
