Good machine
Good value for money, seems to be machined well. Only issue i had was nesting of bobbins due to tension issues, and losing a nut on one of my frames. POOLIN was nice enough to mail me a spare screw and nut at no cost when I reached out to ask what size nut it was so I could repurchase a new one.Was able to fix bobbin issue by replacing and rewinding a new one.

Easy to use & professional finished product
Easy to use right out of the box & amazing customer service with prompt reply. I originally looked into having someone make custom embroidery with my designs, but this machine made it easy to do myself! The final product looked much better than professional samples I ordered elsewhere.

Poor quality
The quality of the embroidery is not good. A lot of empty spots no matter the pattern or fabric type.

Support is amazing!
My husband bought this as a gift to me for my birthday. This is my first time doing machine embroidery and so far I am loving this! There is absolutely a learning curve when learning how to use everything but the support I have been given by this company had been AMAZING! They send me videos and always are able to answer my questions. SO far the only issues I have had have been user error!

Best machine & service ever!
Buying the Poolin 5 was the best decision I’ve made this year! I have never embroidered before & was hesitant at 1st but not only is the machine very user friendly, it also comes with 24/7 support (which I must say I use several times a week as I’m trying to learn)!! Highly recommend!
