Not really what I was expecting.I honestly thought the caddy was going to be aluminum. Instead it's a really cheap plastic. Comes with all the hardware to mount the drive securely to the caddy without it flopping around.Using this for a PS2 Fat.

It doesn't get any easier than this- on inspection, it's well made and very sturdy. I put the SSD into the adapter, it fit perfectly and very snug. I attached it to the inside of my PC, hooked it up and it works perfectly. Note it has several ways you can mount it, either into a hard drive slot or caddy, or as I did, find a place and bolt it to the casing. It seems like it won't have any heating issues, but in my PC, there's a fan blowing across it. This is an easy way at a great price to convert your older hard drives to SSDs and still have them fit properly into your machine.

It is easy to install and works well for my desktop

This is a good quality 2.5" hard drive or SSD to a 3.5" bay. It is the complete package. I only gave it 4 stars as the SATA cable only pushes on with no clip lock. I had to keep all cables away from it so their weight would not have the tendency to pull the SATA cable out. Only time during normal operation will tell. I do not know why they didn't make the SATA port a lockable one as in SATA hard drives. The interfaces are the same.

great product that works fine. Great price and easy to use.

Creative design makes it look like a giant heat sink but the unit is plastic so minimal heat conduction, however the design allows for better airflow and keeps the frame light. Price is good so very satisfied

came with screws, fit my 2.5" laptop HDD so I could put it into my desktop bay. Excellent connection, great price; no complaints!
