A Vitamin D3 Supplement That Works!
2023 blood test resulted in very low vitamin D levels - I wasn't surprised living in central Texas where it's too hot to go out in the sun and I'm highly melanated (almond skin tone with a yellowish undertone). We all need vitamin D
There's a good pill to take when you don't want to go outside in the sun but I don't know if I should continue to take this pill because I read somewhere that vitamin d is not good for you if you have kidney disease so for right now I put that pill aside until I find out different.
