I got the cushion as a gift. Where is the front?

I assume that you want to know where the front is on the part that you sit on. The way it is in the picture is backwards. The part of the cushion where it looks cut out is the back . It makes things more comfortable for your tail bone.

Is this product the same as the model that's listed as "for car"?

I bought the model that you have pictured here and I used it for a 40 hour driving trip and it really helped. I also have used it on my office chair and I have no complaints. I hope this answer helps you out.

Can this be used on a regular wood chair?

Yes with a little bit of ingenuity can you be use the most immature I use mine on a rock in Gerometta affect at the wood frame so I see no problem with trying to use it

What's the weight limit?

I think that it is in the upper 200's
