The soft rubber bulb part of the dropper is not totally sealed but the cap itself is secured by a tape of some kind that seals it. It can NOT be opened without removing that tape.

Is this a real BAch ready from the original manufacturer or a product made by your company to mimick it?

I think Bach, updated their labels on the products. I see them in health food stores as well. No change in the formula that I've noticed. Still works nicely.
