Bach Original Flower Remedies, Rock Rose - Have Courage - Natural Homeopathic Flower Essence for Emotional Balance - Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free - 20mL Dropper

My daughter had night terrors her whole life until her doctor, who is an MD and NP, suggested we try this before Rx meds. It is very effective for her with only two drops at bedtime. She went from 3-5 episodes a week to less than 1 a month. It comes in two forms: a tincture, which is what I'm reviewing, and a glycerite which is equally effective but too sweet for my daughter's taste. I recommend this product strongly. We have seen no side effects while taking this supplement.

I love this product and every one thus far, from Bach flower. Don't kid yourself, its not like popping a pharmaceutical like valium, but it does help. I deal with PTSD and am always jumpy. Rock Rose gives me some space, allows me to be more objective and focused rather than triggered by everything. Its not a cure, but its definitely a valuable resource in dealing with this condition. I also rely on their Rescue Remedy, and their pastilles and gum. A fabulous alternative to prescription pills, for those who can take it. And for the record I still take the pills the Doc prescribes, this is just another tool in the toolbox.

This product works wonderful !! My "Four Legged Baby" is terrified of storms. She hides, shakes and tries to sit on my lap. ( She is 70 pounds ) A couple of drops on a treat and within 20 minutes she is back to playing with her toys. Unbelievable.!!

I suffer from anxiety, a panic disorder and PTSD. Meds keep most of the symptoms under control, but this really helps when my mind goes into panic/ fear mode due to environmental stressors. Seems to "reset" my brain and snap me out of that fear cycle.

This has so help calm the cats down during stressful times, like storms and fireworks. Safe to use on the babies too.

Rock Rose Flower essence has helped my horse to deal better with his trailer anxiety. He has a fear of small spaces due to misguided "training" when he was a yearling. Without it, he trembles and breaks into a full-body sweat, just standing in a stationary trailer. I give him a dropperful in the corner of his mouth about 30-60 minutes before loading him into the trailer. If it is a long trip, I repeat the dose every hour or whenever I am able to safely make a stop. He generally does not tremble and sweats only minimally when dosed with Rock Rose prior to trailering. The only thing better is the combination of Rock Rose essence and the company of one of his pasture mates traveling with him. We haul frequently, at least weekly, so it is important to the health of my horse that he not be upset by being in the trailer.
