Great Product!
I bought this toaster oven a few weeks ago and I’m absolutely thrilled with it! It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and delivers great results without the hassle of using a full-sized oven. It’s perfect for reheating pizza, baking small batches of cookies, roasting vegetables, and of course—making toast. The design is compact yet spacious inside, easily fitting a medium-sized tray. One of the best features is how easy it is to clean, thanks to the removable crumb tray. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, quick, and efficient kitchen appliance

Still Well Worth It
Update:Review of Second Oven Purchased:I just purchased this oven for the second time. The first one lasted four and a half years, then one day the convection and broiler just stopped working. The toaster still functioned.I tried to make do with baking a number of items in the regular oven at the same time, but since I have arm strength issues, it was kind of dangerous. Also, the blast of heat that burned my face and made my glasses fog up when I opened the oven door was annoying. So, after researching comparable countertop ovens, I chose this one again. What I love about this oven is the size. It easily fits a 9" x 13" pan with handles. It has two fittings for placement of the oven rack, but only comes with one. I kept the rack from the old oven so I can use it if the need should arise. The improvement I like to this oven is the indicators on the knobs. They are smaller and allow for a more precise placement for temperature control. The knobs move easily on the oven I received. It doesn't make a lot of noise. The oven lasted longer than the three year warranty I purchased for the first one so I skipped the warranty this time.Review of First Oven Purchased:I purchased this oven to replace a smaller, more expensive model by another manufacturer that had two racks and stopped working a few months short of two years. I visited local retailers twice and did not purchase a huge oven with two racks that would have overwhelmed the countertop. I pored over all the ovens Amazon offered and read lots of reviews. This oven works better than others because one rack fits very large pans and ensures cooking at an even temperature. I've had it two weeks and made a dozen muffins a few times, a clafouti, focaccia bread, and lasagne which weighed over four pounds. The oven can be noisy, but adjusting the rack helps. Also, it does get hot - so exercise caution when it is in use. It is large enough to fit very big pans without looking too big on the countertop. When opening the oven door gradually ease it down as there is no mechanism to control the speed with which it opens. Spills clean up easily. I was impressed with the two year warranty, but I purchased the Protect Plan as I haven't had much luck with other manufacturers' ovens lasting past the warranty, or even making it to the warranty. I am very happy with this product so far and it has outperformed my expectations.

Works great but…
This convection toaster oven is a good size, on the wider side, but nice. It’s light and you can move it easily to clean it or clean behind it. Works great. The only thing I have a problem with is the fact that the door doesn’t have a spring to avoid the slamming of the door when opening or closing. Also the dial knob could be more precise and easier to maneuver.

It's true what everyone say's about this oven--spacious--good for baking
I've considered and researched getting a toaster oven for sometime. My oven hasn't been working well and it may be up in the air as to finding parts or replacing it with all the trade uncertainty at this time.I looked at many ovens, whew--there are so many! I liked the way the French door ovens looked, but decided it wouldn't be best for baking and keeping an even temp. The height was an important factor, as I want it for baking. I finally decided on this Black & Decker oven--it had the most height(11.5")--and I think it could even be another inch or two taller. Other than for cookies I've been baking on the lowest rack. This has two rack levels, and its very spacious--I fit a 10 x 15 bake sheet in it easily. The whole oven is not very heavy, but does look well made.I found the turn the oven on timer a little awkward, I'll have to adjust to that. The cord was also a little short, so had to plug into a surge cord and thats been working OK. The oven did loud vibrate sometimes( my rattling pans?) not sure--but the oven has been working great.I've been using this oven often for baking homemade pizza, apple empanadas, rustic olive rolls, etc. I haven't tried yet many of the other possibilities, like lasagna, enchiladas, pies, etc,--I haven't even baked a cookie yet. So far this has been exceeding my expectations. I will need to learn adjust the temp settings. It does seem to follow recipe guidelines as far as temperature goes. I wish it had 5 min increments on the timer setting. You have to turn the timer on to turn the oven on--I still find that odd. Finally I wish the directions were better and maybe some recipes.I'm mostly pleased with this oven, and can see why its so popular. Other than some minor oddities, its spacious, fairly easy to use, and its very cost effective--Whats not to like?
