Very Bright & Sharp Light
Can't say enough good things about this flashlight, it’s amazing!! The beam lights up the back yard for a distance of 200 feet with ease, & is a bright white light, not hazy or foggy looking. The beam when on it’s narrowest setting is unbelievably sharp. I have even shined it up on the trees & was shocked how far is can go with still a bright light. You will NOT be disappointed. When you expand the beam to a wider setting, which can be done by pulling back on the scope, it’s still a good bright light shining at a distance & lights up a nice size area. The colors around the scope, are florescent, & get their energy from when the flashlight is on. They go off after a few minutes of turning off the flashlight, I have no idea what purpose they serve, but they look nice. The one & ONLY thing, that is a bummer, is the on/off button. It's very hard to find in the dark, which is obviously when you need the flashlight most of the time. I put a rubber band around the flashlight with a small paperclip attached so I could find the on/off button easily. The fact that you can charge it is another big plus. Most flashlights that are only half this bright eat batteries quickly. Being able to see how much charge is left is very convenient.I doubt you will ever have to use the flashlight to make an emergency phone call because your phone was low or dead, but the fact that you can, is a cool feature. For the price, durability,& size, you will not find a match. The battery back-up is another great feature. Would definitely recommend. Would be great to have in the glovebox too.

AWESOME!
Build quality, brightness, and features are excellent. The aluminum case gives it a very solid feel and weight. It contains a 26650 lithium battery, which is like an 18650 on steroids - same voltage, but longer run time. It also comes with a plastic "adapter tube" to accomodate an 18650 battery, a USB-C charging cable, and a battery case for three AAA batteries, which are included as well. The LED element is round (vs square, like many others). A round element creates a round spot, even when zoomed to maximum distance. Very natural for a flashlight. It has two brightness levels - that's perfect for just about anyone. No silly flashing strobes, etc. The small LCD display gives the percentage of charge left - that's awesome. The "glow-in-the dark" segments along the output bezel are a nice touch. When the light is on, it "charges" them up like the old radium watches that your great-grandfather had, so if you shut it off and drop it in the dark, you have time to find it. Perfect.

Extremely Bright. But Not At Advertised Specs
This is more flashlight than I actually needed. I bought it because I liked the appearance, customer reviews and for emergency use. I am not disappointed. It's like bringing the midday sun into a room. The concise manual warns against looking directly at the bulb as eye damage may occur. Awesome, rechargeable light that should be used responsibly. I'm not sure of the actual number of lumens. They claim one million but based on what I've read about brightness at that level I'm very skeptical, and suspect that's an arbitrary number. From what I understand, at the level we're talking about something greater than even the spotlights used at a major stadium rock concert. Still, it's certainly the brightest flashlight I've ever owned. FOLLOW UP: After writing the above I found flashlight reviews on YouTube and learned what I had expected: that in spite of being happy with the Esgreen light, it's claims come nowhere close to matching its claims of one million lumens. It actually measured at 840, and contrary to it's stated 1000 meters it measured at 620, and finally it's supposed 6000 mAh battery tested at 4150 mAh. So where does that leave us? It's still an extremely bright flashlight that's well made, rechargeable and should well meet the requirements for all but those few professions that actually require a tactical light which can run well over the 100.00 range all the way up to 200.00 and must never fail and and which list far more realistic stats on their products, flashlights that actually demand heavy usage. Think police, military, emergency responders etc. For the rest of us that just want a cool, Chinese manufactured light at an affordable price, I highly recommend this product.

Made the Flowers Bloom in the Middle of Winter
Purchased with high hopes for use in my workshop, as this has a simple Hi/Low/Off switch, thankfully with no foolish strobe function. It appears to be well built, but there are a few minor issues to consider:This light is very bright, and somewhat overkill (even in Low mode) for close work in a shop setting. The lens focus mechanism does not lock in place, and is held by friction only. Once set, it would change if bumped and required frequent re-adjustment.Not necessarily a drawback, but be aware this flashlight is larger than most. It's certainly not a pocket model. Unlike yours truly, be sure to check the dimensions in the product description before ordering. While not ideal for close work, it is a good light for various outdoor uses. For example, if hiking the Grand Canyon at night and want to see clear across to the other side. Or maybe you need to send a Morse code message to a distant galaxy. My beloved wife appropriated this light, figuring it would be good for checking our remote property before letting the dog out for her evening duties. It does work well for that, and she commented it was bright enough to trick the flowers to bloom in the middle of winter.
