I have bought four of these cases. They are well made. There is plenty of padding inside and there is extra so you can remove what you don't need. We are using them keep our Alienware in. These cases are on the heavy side, and are very sturdy. There is only one of our laptops where the case is not large enough to place the battery pack because we have an extra large battery for that laptop which was a bit of a bummer but not too much of big deal. I hadn't seen any other case in the market that looked as sturdy and the price was not too terrible. I do feel that we got out moneys worth with these purchases.

This case is really nice. It is very sturdy and comes with different thickness layers of foam to customize. It is a little heavy but I feel like it will protect my computer very well.

I've always purchased Eylar cases because they are deep, have pull-n-pluck foam, and no matter how small they are, they always have 4 latches. Well, this case is nice, and it's water resistant as well as drop proof. The problem I have is that when the case is laid flat, it is not very deep. I prefer my tablet, 2-n-1, or laptop to be enveloped in foam and have at the very least 3 layers of foam. This case has 3 thin layers of removable foam, but nothing to compare with the Eylar brand. I guess you live and learn. I'll find another use for this case other than transporting my electronics.

Just as good as a pelican with the exception of a shoulder strap. The addition of a shoulder strap would make it a perfect alternative to the pelican

I travel for work. This is a very sturdy case for my Alienware A51M.

Bought this for an upcoming deployment. Case itself is a very smooth fit inside a standard size deployment bag. Fits my Alienware 17 R5 perfectly.Highly recommend if you want to keep your bulky 17-inch gaming laptop inside checked luggage.(Bag in the picture is a ‘Thin Air Gear’ deployment bag)
