How many net carbs per serving? What is the serving size?

Since I am munching on cranberry/almond thin cookies right now, I have the box for the nutrition facts: carbohydrate 15g per pack of cookies (3 thin pieces per pack). Each pack contains 100 calories, 7g sugars and 5% total carbohydrate of daily value based on 2,000 calories diet. Though the pack has 23g, the box wrote serving size of 30g so slightly more than a pack (maybe 4 pieces). The serving size of 30g (approx 4 pieces) consists of 20g carbs.

Are any of nonni"s thinaddictives suitable for the keto diet?

I don't know what the Keto diet allows or denies but the ingredients of thin addictives are flour, eggs, sugar, nuts, cinnamon, soy, salt and natural flavors.
