I usually usevthe Costco sleeping aid brandI compared the ingredients and these had the same ingredients and I needed these the next day. I checked with my Dr. and she said these are not addictive. These are a type of antihistamine. They definitely work, I get a good night sleep and I'm not groggy in the morning.

This generic works just as well as the name brand. Knocks me out in about 30–40 minutes and keeps me asleep. I only use it on nights I really need it because it can leave me groggy if I don’t get a full 7–8 hours. Affordable and reliable for occasional sleeplessness.

Way cheaper than purchasing the Walmart brand. Excellent product that I've been using for quite some time to help with sleep.

They do a really good job of putting you to bed around 45-60 minutes after taking them. They have worked better than any other OTC pill I have taken to sleep. Only negative I have noticed was that in the morning I want more sleep and have a lot of trouble actually getting up even after sleeping 8-9 hours. Maybe it's just me, but every sleeping pill I have ever tried had kind of the same effect. Regardless, these will put you to sleep and tuck you in.

I bought this and a Valerian root sleep aid (I just hate taking capsules). I've never had insomnia like this. It's been over 2 months. I've used Valerian root before and it's helped. I searched around and found my old Valerian root softgels and I'm almost out of them and couldn't find anymore, so I got the capsules.I've been in serious pain and have spent a small fortune on it. That's finally under control.I got this and the Valerian root on April 11 and it's the 23rd and I can finally sleep. I stopped taking the Unisom. In my sleep deprived condition I wound up ordering 2 of these and have no idea how that happened.My big problem now is sleeping at night when I would like to. Instead I'm sleeping all day. But at least I'm getting some sleep. This doesn't factor into it though.
