Yes. It will for right to the edge of the case.

can I add a lens protector ? will the case not be deformed or not match?

Yes you can add a screen protector. You can even add one for the camera lenses. It will not effect the git of the case.

Does this phone protect the S23U curved screen with raised edges on the side and corners of the case?

The left and right side have about a 1mm raised edge above the screen, and the top and bottom about 2mm raised edges. I have this one and the "Tough Armor" case as well, they both have the same raised edges. However, I prefer the beefier protection from the Spigen Tough Armor case, plus the flip out stand on the Tough Armor case is a major plus too.
