Excellent Product! This is one of the nicest pieces of home exercise equipment I have ever owned. The price cannot be beat and the ease of use is exceptional.I ordered the bike and it arrived in 5 days- great service. The packaging was very sturdy and well cushioned. The first thing I saw when opening the box was a checklist of parts that was hand checked-off making sure that everything was there. Assembly took about 45 minutes with easy to read and follow step-by-step instructions. Tools (a screwdriver, wrench, and two socket wrenches) were included.Once assembled, and after waiting the recommended 12 hour period to allow the thread locking liquid I had to put on the pedals to prevent them from loosening up in the future to set, I hopped on for my first ride. I was amazed at how quiet the operational was. One of my thoughts was that I could do a workout in the same room as someone that was sleeping and never worry about waking them up- yes, it is that quiet. When folded into storage mode, it takes up a very small footprint of floor space- even so when in bike mode as well.Another aspect that is nice is the backrest behind the seat. although most exercise bikes do not have this, in my case it was a welcomed extra- with lower back issues this seatback is a constant reminder to keep good posture while riding.The digital readout is a nice feature. Distance traveled, speed, calories, and time are all shown as well as pulse rate should you decide to place your hands on the handlebar sensors. The pulse rate shown is almost the same as a separate unit I have to measure heart rate.Some reviews mention a water bottle holder and how it comes apart. It is an adjustable device that can be made wider or slimmer (to accommodate various sizes of water bottles) using a screwdriver to turn a long screw in or out. I can see how a person turning the screw too far out could have the holder fall apart, but common sense and paying attention to how far it is being turned is needed. I do not use it for a water bottle, but rather have place a Solo-sized cup in the holder to store my tv remotes for easy access during my rides.Customer service so far has been great. I received a welcome note from the seller the day after receiving the unit (they asked that I reply to let them know how the unit arrived and if I had any questions) and replied back to them on a Friday night. I received a reply that very weekend. Further correspondence about my pleasure with the bike has been answered as well.To wrap things up, this bike is definitely worth the $$$ and then some- I would have paid much more for this piece of equipment. It is very sturdy and well made. Customer service is very good so far and I look forward to many years of use.

This bike is everything I need for my exercise routine. My husband assembled it in no time, it is super easy to move around, and comfortable to ride. I was surprised how smooth and quiet it is! It is very sturdy, and I love the resistance bands. They are an extra added feature that I am getting a lot of use out of. I also like the ability to prop my phone on it while I am riding. The digital readouts are easy to read, too. I am 60 years old and 5'2". I have no problem getting on and off the bike, and I look forward to riding it every day.

Good price. Adjustability is limited in one sense. It is a good price. It took a little time to assemble, but the instructions were adequate. I didn't think they identified the nuts and bolts very well, but they either fit or it isn't the right one.I find it stable enough and easy to move around. I have one complaint, or two. The "recumbent" position isn't much different than the other position, that is, not really recumbent. Also, I'm not tall (5'-7") and I don't have long legs, but the seat isn't quite high enough in the highest position. when you sit on the bike with your heel on the pedal at its lowest point , your leg should be straight. When you pedal with the ball of your foot, there should be a slight bend in your knee. It is nearly acceptable the way it is for me, but if you are any taller or have longer legs then don't expect anything near a full extension in your legs. Resistance is easily adjustable and feels consistent.

Love the bike so much! Wasn’t bad to set up I did need my husband help with some things but it wasn’t bad!! Also this does hold up really well I’m I hate to this 264 and it feels very sturdy!! No complaints! Does fold easy and it easy to move around not heavy at all! Is also very quiet! And i love different levels of resistance! And the arm bands! It’s very functional!
