perfect fit for my xc40
Very happy with this purchase. it fit perfectly into my console. The console compartment is deep and makes organizing difficult. I don't know why Volvo didn't add a tray, as my last car had one. This tray is great for keeping smaller items handy and doesn't interfere with the trash bin. You will have to remove the tray if you want to remove the trash bin, not an inconvenience in my opinion. It's a great organizing solution.

Great fit. Nearly OEM looking, but does interfere with trashcan lid.
This is great, and it helps organize well. But the tab near the front rests on the trashcan lid. This causes the lid to stay open when you push on it. You need to lift up the tray to close the lid.

Double your space
It’s small but well worth the cost and really come in useful in the compartment under the armrest. Perfect fit, removes easily if you need to get to the larger items below and makes it easier to find small items or coins, pens when they are in this tray.

Fits perfect on MY25 XC40 to add extra storage area.
Fits perfectly in my Volvo XC40. Adds some extra space to put things without them sinking into the hole of the arm console. I did knock one start off because occasionally it prevents the trash bin from opening. This tends to happen if I lean way too hard on the arm rest/console, it will push this into the trash bin and keep it from opening. It doesn’t happen all the time, but when it does, it’s annoying. You can open the arm rest and readjust and it will work fine again. For the most part I’m happy with the purchase, Volvo should have something like this as an optional buy.

that center console is a little cavernous. This helps break it up, but it blocks access below it. we'll see if I keep using this
