Can't find Revlon Eterna 27 anymore. Is this Loreal Age Perfect as good?

I love it I bought it again. They also have a fabulous midnight cream from L’Oreal as well. I use that one at night I use the other one during the day I’m 67 years old and my skin looks great.

Is this product scent free?

No it is not totally fragrance free. There is a nice soft fragrance but it is not strong perfumey at all.
