Yep, the good old, reliable Tylenol..

Geeze, I would not sleep without this. I cannot take Advil, etc because I am on a blood thinner. My cardiologist told me that two a day is fine because I sleep well, and sleep is good for purging toxins. It's exacly what you would buy at a Walgreen's or a CVS, but not locked up.
