Genuine Toyota 2020 & Up 4Runner TRD Pro Performance Exhaust w/Black Chrome Tip PTR03-89200

Excellent exhaust for your forerunner. It makes it sound a little bit more aggressive and I was really surprised that Toyota made such an aggressive sounding exhaust it was actually louder than I thought it was going to be but it was actually kind of a good thing it makes it sound a lot better than the stock exhaust and looks better on the rear end. It has helped going off-road with departure angle as well and sounds really good on the low range.

Great TRD product and superb quality. Rumble at highway speeds is perfect and it really growls at full throttle. For such a pricey exhaust no instructions included or torque specs. I had to lower my spare tire and raise the truck for the install.

Put this is my wife's 2016 4Runner after putting a Borla exhaust on my Tundra and her being jealous of the sound. The fit of the TRD exhaust on the 2016 4Runner is flawless. Took about 2 hours, with 1.5 hours spent on old rusted bolt removal and getting the old system off. I eventually just had to cut the tailpipe off the muffler since my bolts were rusted so bad they rounded when I put the socket on them. 1 Slight flaw with TRD exhaust was the gasket for the tailpipe to centerpipe seal was folded in half as packed. This damaged the seal, and parts of it were falling off on installation. Did seam to seal and work though. Installed on truck sitting on the ground. Just had to lower the spare tire, and remove a heat shield temporarily to snake the tailpipe through the frame. Like the look, the fit, the quality is excellent (save the seal packaging) and it went in great. Verdict still out on the sound. My boys like it, sound is much lower and more aggressive. Will see if the wife likes it. Does not sound like a V-8 at part throttle but with a mellow deep sound It does sound awesome at wide open throttle!!
