Perfect product. Packaging: each metal part individually boxed and soft bagged. Each part high quality fit and finish, going together effortlessly per easy instructions. Performance excellent. Broad shower head with pleasing main spray. A pause control at hand that also lets you adjust pressure. I have the 108 inch hose and why would you not as it is an incredibly versatile feature that you won’t find as an included option from other companies. (you have to choose this variation as your purchase). I use this product as both my handheld and mounted shower head with included mounting hook. I’m wet and wildly happy.

As a 15 year plumber, this thing is nice. Now it's not as fancy as other large brands in the big box stores. But it makes that up with quality. This is pretty much commercial quality with out the commercial quality price tag.The packaging is so much better than the big box stores and their extensive plastic packaging. It just comes in a cardboard box.Install was a breeze. Because it's all metal, everything that screws together, just does. No more cross threading and no need for a huge amount of teflon tape.The 3 spray settings are enough. I don't need 15 different spray settings.There's YouTube videos of the shower head as well.In the end I'll be a repeat customer. Great product.

After multiple daily uses for nearly 3 months I'm very happy with this unit. All the components feel high-quality and function better than expected. I was sick of plastic shower wands cracking and leaking after just a couple of years so I searched for one where the major parts are all-metal. I'm glad I found this company and that they're products are made in the USA.I don't use the mist setting but the jet and rain modes are better than any other multi-spray heads I've used. These two settings combined with the flow control and long hose handle all my needs. I've always loved a good hot shower but I was very surprised how pleasant this showerhead could make the bathing process.I can gently bathe my toddler, spray the dirt from between my dog's toe pads, and even lightly power wash the walls of the shower.

I bought this showerhead to replace a cheap plastic one from one of the two major plumbing brands. The plastic nut to attach the hand held shower head to the holder cracked and broke within weeks of installation. I could tell it was cheap as soon as I took it out of the box.What a difference with the HammerHead! All metal parts, solidly made, and carefully packaged to make sure nothing broke or got scratched in shipping. It was like unpacking crystal. Installation was easy, nothing leaked, and HammerHead even includes extra washers, pipe tape, and a wrench if you need it (you don't). This is a fantastic, high quality showerhead that will last years, which is the way things used to be made.If the product is that good, why only four stars? Three words: "Made in China." HammerHead could easily make these in the US and help reinvigorate the American industrial base. I can only speak for myself, but I would willingly pay more for American made if American products were more readily available. HammerHead, you could start a trend!

Amazing and well worth the money. High quality. Great water output and soft (Not like the water restricting stingy cheap stuff). The hose is very flexible and easy to use (unlike the cheap plastic hoses that don’t bend the way they should). This is a high quality product at an affordable price. It also comes with everything you need to install including the Teflon tape. Super easy install. You won’t want to get out of the shower. Buy this one!

I love it so far. It was easy to install. It feels like quality. It works well and it has a good size. The water pressure is slightly less than my last shower head, but it has a wider spread so that makes sense I guess. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Extremely well made and made in America. Directions were clear and in English. Yes, Otis more expensive but it will last and no cheap plastic components.

This product is superb. Easy to install and works like a charm. This product is beautifully crafted and I will get another for my guest bathroom as well.The product video was very helpful and precise. Could not have been simpler.
