This is a gorgeous chain, thick and clearly well-made. However, it's very bright and shiny, so I had to return it because my pendant happens to be oxidized silver and too dull for the chain, so I would only recommend a very bright and shiny silver pendant to go with this chain. Also, keep in mind that the clasp is large, so you'll need a pendant with a large enough loop to fit this.

Love this necklace! It far exceeded my expectations and received many compliments. I purchased it over a year ago and it still looks new like the day I received it - no tarnish fading or problems whatsoever. I clean it occasionally, as I do all my jewelry, and highly recommend others do as well. Believe it or not, my mother taught me toothpaste and an old toothbrush, followed by a good wiping with a jewelry cloth, is the best cleaner and makes jewelry shine better than anything I’ve ever used.

This is a 20” rope chain. It’s shiny, smooth and comfortable. Its clasp appears to work well and chain handles my cross pendant easily. I love it! Highly recommended.

This arrived exactly as it was described and so bright and shiny. It was gorgeous! Unfortunately, I bought it for an antique locket so it totally didn't match. The locket had a lot of patina and the chain had none. So I had to artificially tarnish my chain a little which broke my heart a bit. Now they match and they look great together. I regret I didn't get a picture of the chain before I tarnished it and I don't think the manufacturers would like a photo of their product looking less than perfect even if it was intentional and perfect for my purpose. But I love it and already have plans for buying at least one more for myself and would consider more for gifts.

I like the chain very much. The clasp is a little hard to open though.
