I don’t see why not . Just don’t tug and pull on it since the material is not as strong as the regular egg crate pads.

If you're meaning "inflate" - yes. It's in the instructions in the box when you open it. You lay it flat for 48 hours in order for it to expand. It comes compressed in the box
