Playtex Women's Bra

After 30+ years collecting and wearing vintage clothes I've bought the first bra which gives me the right shape to fit into those high darts. (Duh, I don't know what I was thinking all that time.) What a revelation! It's the gateway drug of vintage bras! It looks right - a bit pointy and very perky - but it's nothing like as extreme as a bullet bra.Compared to minimisers, which send your breasts toward your armpits, this pushes you up and out, so you end up with a bust a bit like Barbie's. It may feel a bit odd if you're used to a different distribution of flesh. My breasts are completely clear of my arms and armpits, but they stick out in front, which feels and looks unusual as you go about your day. My eyes keep seeing my bosoms in front of me coming from a part of my chest where there's usually fresh air.If you're used to underwires, the comfort will be a revelation. I got tired of my underwires moving and poking and eventually becoming misshapen from all my fiddling about with them. You can't imagine how nothing but soft fabric can achieve the same effect (better really), but it does. The lovely soft straps are a fabulous triumph of function over form (the opposite of your usual bra) just as you would imagine. If you wear it under a t-shirt you may find the seams show, but like all bras it may be a matter of horses for courses. Don't throw out your t-shirt bra if you like that effect, but wear this under everything else.I'm now obsessed with this kind of seamed bra and am experimenting with longline bras, which give you the Barbie waist as well as the Barbie bosom. What a wonderful world. :-)

I bought two 50DDD bras - a black and cream for a relative abroad as she was unable to get these sizes at home.I would like to say a huge thank you to Amazon and the supplier who pulled out all the stops to get these items to me before flying.I'm pleased to say that my relative loved them and reports that they are a perfect fit and noted the excellent Playtex quality. She commented particularly on the wider straps and how these made the bras more comfortable to wear. The prices are also very competitive taking the quality and specialism into consideration.I've now been instructed to purchase a further 2 bras. Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Was slightly too big for my mum, just under her arms, but it was a lovely bra, and very well constructed, especially with the comfort straps...😊

Fantastic and supportive. A bra you don't feel you need to strip off immediately after work. Not Very glamorous but who cares when it's comfort you need.

Beautiful bra which certainly lifted and supported my tired old boobs!However, there isn't much stretch at all. By the middle of the day I began to feel uncomfortable and the bra began to dig in.I would, therefore, suggest you order the next band size up than you would normally. Cups were a tad large too...I think once you get the correct size this bra would be great.As for me, I'm going back to my usual brand. Same support and lift but much more comfy and no mucking about with sizes!

This product was way too tight round your body and the straps going over the shoulder are too tight unable to lengthen the straps, very unhappy as had to wait for delivery and now no where near fitting.

Excelente producto, muy buena calidad por el precio pagado, la talla es exacta, me llego 1 día antes de lo esperado, levanta y cubre muy bien el pecho y es muy cómodo; muy recomendable para mujeres de busto extragrande.

perhaps the cup size isn't quite right, but i have actual support and my millions of years of back pain is relieved--plus two separate girls instead of a uniboob in the middle
