You cant have the back plate on your phone due to the design of this battery case. Its literally a replacement battery attached to a larger battery and a LOOSE fitting rubber like plastic cover. The inside of my phone now risks exposure to dust, degree, and water like never before. I'm kinda pissed this isnt explained to buyers. Not returning because I need my old phone for my work email via wifi use only and I dont want to install it on my actual phone, so the case wont be getting a lot of wear and tear, but if this were for my personal phone... I'd be irate and sending it back. Very poor design and quality.

It's an okay case, but not as durable as my former hard/soft duo-shell case ZeroLemon for Note 3, but I think they stopped making those. The battery life is reasonable, but the main issue that I have is that I have to pop the case open at the top left just so that I can plug-in my audio since the opening for audio input connection is too narrow. The should consider a redesign on this so that it is wider thus eliminating the need to open the case each time I have to plug-in my audio...

saw this battery on Amazon, couldn't believe the reviews, said it lasted 4-5 even 7 days sometime.Ordered it from Amazon, had it about a month, and its performance is as stated in the reviews, a real winner for me!Removed old case and installed new battery and new case (supplied) in about 15 min. like i said a winner!!!

Battery life is less then I thought it would be and it is very thick! Wish I would have stayed with a thinner long lasting battery instead.

The note 3 lasts all day long with this battery but the phone itself has a known charging issue.

The battery life is very short it does not last a day false advertisement I'm very surprised you should take it off the market I like to add something else those batteries that they selling are used batteriesI wish I can get my money back.

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Not much different than OEM or other more powerful batteries. Hoped it would've been the great experience others have had with it. Review:The battery delivered w/an over 50% charge and I charged it up to 100% and began using it (approximately 2 pm). It needed another charge (red exclamation point) by 1030 pm. I charged to 100% and used it off & on the next day (headed to work at 5 am) and it needed a charge by 2 pm and it managed to hang on until 230 pm before turning off. I allowed it to turn off completely each time in an attempt to "train it" to know a full charge. So far, average battery and considering returning.

i got this battery to my note 3 .it takes long time to charge and when i started to use it the mobile siad that i have 11 hour left !!Till the next day i use 14% from it . and the mobile say you have 12 hours left :)any way i'm using it for 4 days till now and i have 40% left .i'm med user and i thing it is really a perfect choice no need to charge it several times every day no need to put the mobile away from you at night to charge it no need to carry a power bank and charge cables .one more thing .. you can't charge this battery with the normal charger 1.1 Amp it will not fill the battery after 13 or 14 hours i can't rach 100%i got a 2.1 amp charger and every thing is perfect nownormally after several days of using this battery i can tell that this battery will not drop down suddenly . three days of normal using the mobile will not reach it to be low batteryfinally i'm realy happy with my 5 years old mobile .. i fell that i got a new one with a huge power
