Doesn't even deserve one star because I have tried and tried to get this darn thing to work, but the metal ball doesn't roll, no matter what I do, so I haven't been able to even use the product. At least I didn't spend a lot of money on it!

I like the product and it works as stated but the roller ball sticks and I need to roll it on my hand pretty hard to free it to roll before I use it around my eyes. Not sure if I’ll order again due to that.

I used for 1 year, and it did reduce puffiness under my eyes. I used it in the morning before applying other moisturizing eye gel. I leave it standing with the roller ball down, so the product was easily rolled on.

Very cool, feels nice under eyes, and works well. Won't be immediate but does work.
